Mallory Nunez is an LCSW and College Associate Professor in the School of Social Work at New Mexico State University. She has over 6 years of social work experience providing services to children, youth and families In New Mexico. While with CYFD, Mallory participated in the research and development of the FSTR Initiative which fills an essential gap between Investigations and In-Home Services. Mallory also has several years of experience working in the field of Medical Social Work and Rehabilitative Social Work. Ms. Nunez has served as an adjunct college faculty member in the School of Social Work at Western New Mexico University, and most recently as a full-time college faculty member at NMSU. Ms. Nunez is a Portales, NM native and her passions include forwarding the advancement of the profession of Social Work and developing resources for her local area.
