Paulina Palomino Pantoja
Paulina Palomino Pantoja is an LMSW who has practiced in the Social Work field for 12 years and worked in the Health Care field for 16 years. She received her Bachelor's and Master's of Social Work degrees from NMSU and is a proud alumni! Go AGGIES!
Paulina has experience working with children, adults, and families facing different hardships and obstacles in varied settings. For example, she has worked in child protective services, school systems, outpatient clinics, and on a Native American reservation. Working in both New Mexico and Arizona has given her unique experiences working with and connecting with diverse populations. It has also provided her with experiences with different laws and social service systems.
When she was young, Paulina wanted to become a teacher, and in her late teens she found her passion in social work. Most recently, NMSU has provided her the opportunity to teach social work while still practicing in the field as a medical social worker.
