Partners in Service:

Cultivating Customer Service Competencies

Customer Service Training provides a set of skills to help you deal with challenging situations and to better support your fellow staff and foster parents.  The training will teach you how to turn working relationships into strength based partnerships.  It will enhance your abilities to recruit and retain foster and adoptive parents that work on behalf of the children and families we serve.

Customer Service Training is required for all Protective Services Staff housed in Bernalillo East (Investigations and Permanency), Bernalillo Placement, Lea, Luna, San Miguel and San Juan counties. This training is also required for administrative staff and CCA’s housed in these offices.
