Childcare
Limited space is available and is on a first come first serve basis. Emergency and contact information will be gathered though your online registration. If you will be requesting childcare for children ages 6-18 you will need to print and fill out the Outing Permission Slips (see below). Please either mail the completed Outing Permission Slip(s) with your deposit check or bring them to the conference.

A morning meal, lunch and snacks will be provided for the children and youth. If your child/youth has specific nutritional needs it is recommended that you bring a sack lunch for him/her.
Children, ages 3-5, will be onsite with Peanut Butter and Jelly Family Services. Please bring a change of clothes for your child, particularly if they are not potty trained. If you child uses diapers, you must provide your own diapers and wipes. While these children will be onsite, it is requested that parents not visit during breaks unless summoned by the childcare staff.
Youth, ages 6 -18, will be participating in supervised field trip activities. The field trips will leave by 9:00am so please arrive on time. The youth will be transported by van/bus to their respective sites. The field trips will return to the Pueblo Cultural Center by 4:45pm. All children and youth will be ready for parent pick up at 5:00pm.
